About
Built for the agent sending the forty-first photo.
A property deserves better than a camera roll pasted into WhatsApp. That is the whole idea.
Why it exists
Ask an agent in Doha how they send a listing and the answer is a stream of photographs, a voice note and a price typed into a chat. It works, and it looks like everybody else’s. The properties are worth millions; the presentation costs the sale.
The alternative has always been a designer — a day of turnaround for a brochure that is out of date the moment the price moves. Flatwayz is the version where the agent does it themselves, in a few minutes, and it still looks like somebody was paid to make it.
What we decided early
- The preview is the PDF. Most tools draw your page twice — once in the browser, again in a PDF library — and the two disagree about spacing and page breaks. Here the exported file is the same page you were editing, printed by the same engine. There is nothing to drift.
- Arabic is a layout, not a translation. Right-to-left changes where everything sits on the page. Templates are built for it rather than mirrored as an afterthought.
- A brokerage is a set of workspaces, not a permissions matrix. One workspace per agent, each with its own brochures and storage. Nobody has to learn a role system to send a listing.
- Print is real print. A4 at true millimetres, 300 DPI, selectable vector text. It goes to a printer without anyone asking for a different file.
Who builds it
Flatwayz is a product of Drentova Group Ltd. The group’s corporate agreements, privacy documentation and security practices are published at drentova.com/legal.
It is built for the Gulf market first — Qatari riyal, Arabic, off-plan listings with handover dates and payment plans — because that is the market we know. Those things are in the product because agents here need them, not as options bolted onto a template designed somewhere else.
