Terms of Service

Flatwayz is operated by Drentova Group Ltd. The group’s Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy govern your use of it, and are published at drentova.com/legal.

Where anything on this page conflicts with those documents, those documents take precedence.

You need an account to save work and to download a brochure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

A corporate account creates and controls the accounts of the agents inside it. If your account was created for you by a brokerage, that brokerage sets and can reset your password, and can remove your access — the account belongs to them, not to you. Anything you make in it belongs to the workspace.

Nothing. Flatwayz is free to use while it is in beta, downloads included. We do not ask for a card, we do not take payment, and there is nothing to cancel.

What is limited instead is how much you can make and download each calendar month. An individual account may create 5 brochures and download 5; a company account may create 10 and download 10, shared across 2 people. Both allowances reset on the 1st.

Each download counts, including a further copy of a brochure you have already exported and each file format. Deleting a brochure does not return an allowance you have used. Brochures you have made stay yours to open and edit without limit whether or not you have downloads left.

We intend to offer paid plans in future. We will publish the prices and the terms before any of them applies to you, and nothing you have made will be deleted or locked when they do.

The brochures, photographs, logos and property details you upload remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them to advertise the product without asking you first.

You must have the right to use what you upload. Property photography is frequently licensed rather than owned, and it is your responsibility to be sure of that before it goes into a brochure you send to a client.

Do not use Flatwayz to produce material that is unlawful, misleading about a property, or infringing. Do not attempt to circumvent the monthly allowances, share one account across people who should each have their own, or place automated load on the service.

The group’s Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full list and the consequences of breaching it.

We aim to keep the service running and to fix what breaks, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Exports depend on a rendering process that can occasionally fail; when it does, the attempt is not counted against your allowance.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. Doing so deletes every workspace you created, along with the brochures, uploads and agent accounts inside them. That cannot be undone.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or the group’s policies, and will tell you why where we are able to.
